Toll Compounding and Custom Blending

CCC Plastics specializes in offering value add compounding and blending solutions. For example, a customer provides the product formulation, specifications and raw materials, and CCC Plastics provides only the actual compounding or blending to meet the performance requirements of the end application.

Toll services can include:

• Rigid and Flexible PVC powder blends widely used in the window, siding, fencing, decking, pipe and custom profile markets
• Blending of products for consistency or modification; two polymers or inclusion of an additive to enhance performance
• Compounding of a wide range of thermoplastic resins with inclusion of minerals and additives. Emphasis is on PE, PP, PS, EVA and PVC compounds.    

Strict customer confidentiality is a standard upheld with each toll program. Open communications and collaborative solutions will be offered including logistical capabilities, production capacity and test runs tailored for individual customer needs.
